Meet Attorney Joi
Joi-Lin Hunt,Esq.
Graduated from Southern University Law School in 2004 and obtained her Masters in Tax Law from Southern Methodist University in 2005. After working for a for a prominent law firm, she opened her own law practice The Hunt Law Group, PC in 2007 and tax preparation company Quick Money Tax Service.
After watching the Chris Rock Movie “Good Hair” in 2009, Joi realized that the hair extension industry was a multi-billion industry. With no cosmetology license and never wearing hair extensions a day in her life, she started Creme de la Creme Hair, an upscale hair extensions boutique in Houston.
Their hair extensions have been featured in television show’s such as VH1’s Basketball Wives and music videos such as Justin Bieber.
In 2012, Joi wanted to reach the masses and become the Forever 21 of the hair industry, so she started the hair salon franchise Super Weave Xpress- Houston’s Home of the $50 Sew-In-Weave. With it’s tremendous success and accelerated growth, Super Weave Xpress became a multi-million dollar business with 10 locations through out Texas & Louisiana.
Foreseeing a change in the hair industry and always loving a new challenge and, in 2017 Joi ventured into the Auto Industry and now co-owns a multi-million dollar Auto Dealership & Collision Shop in Houston, Texas.
Her auto industry experience also includes auto rentals, dealership consulting, and Joi is also an auto insurance agent. Joi has always loved business and as a serial entrepreneur she has owned several six & seven figure businesses in the following industries:
